Chairman of the Board of Directors for our international alternative energy projects. He is Founder and Chairman of The Guthrie Group. Mr. Pena has been involved as a principal or advisor on more than 700 transactions on four continents in the tens of billion dollars. Amongst  his many business partners including governments of: Israel, USA, Mexico, UK, Japan and Kuwait. He lives in Guthrie Castle, Angus, Forfar, Scotland and in Asia. Rupert BerrymaN, Canterbury, United Kingdom

Rupert brought wind energy into KBR in the 1990s. He is a Chartered Engineer and was responsible at KBR for the first Offshore Wind Farm Barrow I in the Irish Sea and built the then highest situated Onshore Wind Farm Windy Standard in the UK


At KBR he advised E.ON, RWE-Power and other high profile customers of KBR.

Robert Maier, Passau, Bavaria, Germany

Managing director of the company and of all projects (i. e. all SPVs of our history).


As CEO of the IN-AG (Intelligent Investment - Beratung und Vermittlung AG, Germany) which he established in 2001, and as senior consultant he has experience of a project volume of more than € 100m and manages himself currently as one of the largest investors in these projects a portfolio of several tens of million euros on several SPVs.


He was given a mentoring sponsorship of Max-Planck-Society, studied Physics at the Technische Universität Munich and finished his degree dissertation again at Max-Planck (Institute).

Robert is founder and MD of IFATEC GmbH (since 1996), which currently does some maintenance work for the power plants etc. He is founder and was MD of a retail property investing company 2002 with a successful exit in 2007, where the whole company was sold. Robert is also founder and MD of DELTA Private Equitys GmbH & Co. KG(since 2006), DELTA Energy Solutions GmbH & Co. KG (since 2009), DELTA Energy Solutions Pocking GmbH & Co. KG (since 2010) and DELTA Energy Solutions Stelzlhof GmbH & Co. KG (since 2010), DELTA Energy Solutions Germany GmbH & Co. KG since 2014 (founded 2010 as DELTA Objektvermietung am Airport Munich GmbH & Co. KG).

Tania Songini, London, UK – England

Tania currently works as a non-executive director and audit committee chair for several companies, and as a business consultant. Until 2015 Tania worked for the leading global engineering and technology services company Siemens, joining in 1997 as a commercial bid and project manager. Tania progressed to hold a number of CFO roles in Germany and the UK at Siemens Postal Automation, Siemens Healthcare and more recently Siemens Energy, where she was Controller for Siemens Energy’s North West Europe region, at a time of strong growth in Siemens’ offshore and onshore wind and transmission businesses. She was also a non-executive board member of a JV for the construction of a 540MW offshore wind farm in Wales, Gwynt y Mor.


Tania’s experience spans financial and operational management, bid and project management, strategy, organisational development. She is an excellent communicator, team player and negotiator fluent in 6 languages. Tania is also the Chair of ViaNinos UK, a charity she established in the UK in 2009 that supports projects helping street and working children in Ecuador.


Tania is half-Italian, half-English, grew up in Africa, has lived her adult life in Italy, Germany and the UK and traveled extensively in Latin America and Asia.

David Still, CBE, Haltwhistle, England

David Still has worked in the renewables industry since 1984, building his first project at Blyth Harbour in 1992. He has worked on more than 30 projects that have been built in the UK. He led the team that developed the first offshore wind project in the UK. He was Chairman of the British Wind Energy Association for over 5 years from 1998. He was then recruited as the Renewables Adviser at the Department of Trade & Industry (now Department of Energy & Climate Change) for 2 years. He worked for a US wind turbine manufacturer, setting up research and development facilities in the UK, including facilities for blade management. Currently he acts a project developer, and provides advice as consultant and adviser to various companies.


His experience has covered project development, industry liaison, Government policy , manufacturing, and consultancy services.


He was appointed as a Commander of the Order of the British Empire (CBE) on 29th December, 2007.
