Against the vagaries of the market the income streams from providing renewable energy are very stable: because in most cases - if we do not produce from the very beginning at competitive market prices - we have a feed-in-tariff or a power purchase agreement throughout the amortisation phase.
So, at the beginning of a renewable energy power plant investment we can very clearly predict, what the ROI will be throughout the investment period, and so in times of low interest rates on the market, we are able to deliver a stable and predictable stream of income and at the same time very sustainable profitability.
